Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Ordinarily orders placed on day 1 will be shipped on day 2. In some instances orders will be dispatched on the same day as the order was placed however this cannot be guaranteed. Orders are not typically shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Where applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Services offered are typically in line with our domestic postal and courier service providers.

We reserve the right to choose which delivery provider is used to ship your goods. Typically for orders over 1kg we may seek to send via a courier service of our choosing unless specified at checkout. 

For 'Express' shipping (domestic), delivery typically occurs 1 business day after collection. However this service may differ depending on your delivery region. Please note our 'Express' services do not typically deliver on weekends. For weekend delivery please contact us in advance as additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We rely on the service levels of our postage and courier services to ensure your goods are delivered in a timely manner. Where tracked services are selected we will provide appropriate tracking information to you accordingly. If your items haven’t arrived after 14 business days (UK) or 30 business days (International) please contact us accordingly.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

Should you select a shipping option with tracking at checkout, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours. For selected courier services we may require an active telephone number to provide you with accurate shipping updates. This will be requested during check out and will not be shared, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We do ship internationally and we highly recommend upgrading the shipping method at checkout to include tracking. Where applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping services offered will be in line with our domestic postal and courier service providers.

For orders exceeding the value of £49.99 (and in relation to specific world zones) "tracked / courier shipping" will be the only shipping services provided at checkout.
