Please contact us if you have concerns or issues with your items / order.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions;
1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return items to us within 30 days of delivery.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
4. Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.
Return Postage & Faulty Items
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange.
Item Condition
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item is returned in a used or unsaleable condition we reserve the right to withdraw any offer of a full refund.
